Refund Policy
An applicant is considered to have entered a program when the applicant’s inquiry for admission has been accepted. To be considered for a refund, a candidate must submit a written notice of withdrawal to the program coordinator.
Refund Guidelines

If students claim a refund before the course commences, one week before the start of a course, WCbiomedius will retain 10% of the fees paid to a maximum of $100.00 and refund the balance.

Applicants claiming a refund within the program for reasons of ill health will, subject to their providing documentary evidence, receive a pro-rata refund less the administration charge.

Applicants claiming a refund within the two weeks of the start of the program due to changes in work commitments, personal or financial circumstances will receive a 50% pro-rata refund less the administration charge.

Any money spent by the WCBiomedius on behalf of the student (exam materials…etc) are not refundable.

Requests for refunds will only be considered where students advise their withdrawal in writing.

Refunds will be calculated from the last date of attendance, but not before notification in writing has been received from the applicant.

No refunds will be made after four sessions or where the value of the claim is less than the current administration charge.
General Notes
. If an incorrect fee is levied any refund applicable will not be subject to an administration charge.
. The regulations above are not applicable if a course is canceled for any reason in which case a pro-rata refund of the course fee will
be paid to enrolled students for the weeks remaining of the course. Should a canceled course be offered subsequently, previously
enrolled students may be charged a reduced fee to complete the course.

The refund administration charge for 2021-2022 is $50.00.
